TELEW turns small monthly contributions into a revolving, interest-free assistance pool for the community. Here is the full lifecycle, from your first RM1 contribution to your first act of community support.
Sign up for free and pick one of three monthly tiers: Builder (RM1), Champion (RM5), or Hero (RM10). Higher tiers unlock larger assistance limits and exclusive community badges. You can change or pause your tier any time — no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
Every monthly contribution flows into a transparent, on-platform waqf pool we call the Digital Ummah Fund. The full balance, inflows, and outflows are visible on the public community ledger — no opaque accounting, no surprises.
Verified members facing genuine emergencies — medical bills, school fees, urgent repairs — submit an assistance request. Each request is reviewed for legitimacy, KYC verified, and capped to a sustainable amount based on the requester’s Hisab Coefficient.
Approved requests are disbursed directly to the member’s verified bank account. There is no interest, no service charge on the principal, and no penalty for honest hardship. The amount disbursed is the amount to be returned — full stop.
Recipients return the assistance over an agreed schedule. Every successful return refills the pool, ready to help the next family. On-time returns boost the recipient’s Hisab Coefficient. If hardship continues, our Structured Flexibility framework offers lenient repayment modes — never collections-style pressure.
Every contribution and every on-time return grows your HC — a publicly visible trust score that unlocks higher tiers, larger assistance caps, and community recognition. HC is not a credit score; it is a reputation built on consistent generosity and reliability.
